Kevin Lessing, as the Executive Vice President of Lessing's Food Service Management, plays a pivotal role in the company, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the entire division. His responsibilities extend across a broad spectrum, managing services in business and industry, colleges, universities, private schools, and overseeing private events and barbecues throughout the Northeast and Florida.

Kevin's journey with Lessing's began in 2003, the start of a career marked by consistent growth and leadership. He initially took on the role of General Manager at the Maine Maid Inn in Jericho, a position he held for three years, where he honed his managerial skills and gained in-depth operational knowledge. Following this, Kevin transitioned into business development, further expanding his expertise in the food service industry.

His career progression continued as he became the Director of the Southern New York Region. In this capacity, he successfully managed approximately 15 accounts across Long Island, Westchester, and New Jersey, showcasing his ability to oversee operations on a large scale and navigate the complexities of regional management.

Apart from his professional pursuits, Kevin is an active member of the Society for Hospitality and Food Service Management. His dedication to community service and philanthropy is evident in his associations with Long Island Hospice, Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation, and his current involvement with Mercy College's Trustees dinner committee.
